At Breezly™, our goal is to offer you the best premium shipping options, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

1. Processing & Handling Time All orders map directly to our automated fulfillment lines. Order processing, quality checks, packaging, and sorting take 2 to 4 business days before delivery dispatch occurs. Once dispatch is completed, a tracking number will automatically update in your portal.

2. Shipping Estimates & Transit Times We utilize dedicated direct premium air freight cargo routes to deliver our summer essentials safely and swiftly. Our current custom transit windows are outlined below:

  • United Kingdom: 4 - 7 business days (post-processing).

  • Slovenia & European Union: 9 - 20 business days (post-processing).

Please Note: Due to potential localized customs clearance speeds, transport bottlenecks, or high seasonal volumes, we strongly ask that you allow an enforced buffer window of up to 30 full business days before opening a delivery delay dispute, as items cannot be redirected mid-transit.

3. Tracking Numbers Once your order package handles dispatch, a specialized tracking number linked to your destination's local postal network (e.g., Pošta Slovenije, Royal Mail) will be pushed to your email automatically. You can track your shipment live at any point.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes Breezly™ is not responsible for customs clearance variables or additional import taxes imposed within destination countries. Any fees applied throughout transit are assumed fully by the customer.
