Extremely fast shipping and delivery, the air conditioner works perfectly despite its small size. Excellent seller, I highly recommend both the seller and the air conditioner.
The lid of the water tank does not fit tightly. it pops off if you touch it, and it leaks if you tilt the fan, and if you tilt too far, the lid will pop off from water pressure. expect to spill a lot of water with thing. other than that, it works well, so it's a shame it has this bad design for the water tank.
Took longer to deliver than expected and the package was opened already but everything seems to look as described so ready to try it out
Thereafter no pad to put the essential oil on. It eas empty. Also nothing provided to actually charge it.
Fan looks nice and light up but the "cooling" aspect is non existant. It's just a nice looking but poor performing fan that came with broken lid
